“Today as Abeer completes 3 years with ladybird and leaves them to start school, I can only look back and thank you all, at ladybird, for all the teachings and care.
I haven't had a single unhappy day with anyone in that place (that's rare☺️) and haven't ever wanted to change anything about how, Abeer was being dealt with! You've always been open to feedback and have incorporated all that was missing. Whether it was adding the bus service or having a graduation ceremony or other little things.
